1. Q: How long will my order take?

   A: Please note that the majority of our items are custom made, so they take a little extra time. We will do our best to ship your items within 5-7 business days, however during busy times it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to ship.  Please allow 2 - 3 days for your items to arrive once they have been shipped. If you require RUSH services, please call or e-mail us to determine production availability. Overnight shipping is available via FedEx, additional shipping fees may apply.

2. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

   A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Discover on-line, or you can prepay your order with a check via mail.  Orders paid for by check will not be processed until your check is received.  We apologize that we are not able to accept American Express directly online, however you may pay via American Express by using our PayPal feature.

3. Q: What is your return policy?

   A: At Stripes & Polka Dots we strive to provide excellent customer service and we want you to love your selection! So, if you're not happy, we're not happy! Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.
