Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will work to resolve your issue promptly. We regret that orders for personalized items cannot be canceled or returned unless there is an actual defect with the product or a mistake was made on our end with a spelling, thread color choice, etc. So, please check your spellings, that you've entered monogram letters exactly as requested and that you love the font you've chosen! If you have questions about a certain color thread or would like to see other images of a particular font, please contact us at info@stripesandpolkadots.com prior to placing your order and we will gladly accommodate your request!
