Our standard shipping method is via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail is used whenever the shipping times between first class and priority mail differ greatly so that all packages arrive to their destination within 3-5 business days. All packages include delivery confirmation and tracking information will be e-mailed to the address given during the ordering process.

Local Pick Up Is Available! If you are in the Richmond, Virginia area and would like to receive your order faster and avoid shipping costs, we offer local pick up in the Midlothian Tpke/Courthouse Road area. Please contact us for our specific pick up location and times.

Return Policy:

At Stripes & Polka Dots we strive to provide excellent customer service and we want you to love your selection! So, if you're not happy, we're not happy! Simply contact us by email or telephone and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.

We regret that orders for personalized items cannot be canceled or returned unless there is an actual defect with the product or a mistake was made on our end with a spelling, thread color choice, etc. So, please check your spellings, that you've entered monogram letters exactly as requested and that you love the font you've chosen! If you have questions about a certain color thread or would like to see other images of a particular font, please contact us at info@stripesandpolkadots.com prior to placing your order and we will gladly accommodate your request!
